We provide a “fixed fee” plus GST quote in writing for you. Any disbursements are additional at cost. Some costs may vary, such as the property cost or if you have been referred to us by someone we have a special contact with. So please advise how you heard of us. Also, you will find that our fees are quite often less expensive compared to those of Solicitors and Lawyers, due to our low overheads, and the fact that we specialise in conveyancing.

Further, we can quite often get you a better home loan package due to a special arrangement we have with different lenders. Please ask us about this. In addition, if required, we can put you in touch with either English or Cantonese/Mandarin speaking and writing legal services. Both Jessie and Andrew are very customer oriented! We are hands on, and will look after your requirements as well as possible.
